See Remo in action

Remo is our AI leasing agent. It answers the inquiry, verifies who is at the door, opens the lock for the tour and logs every code — around the clock, with nobody driving out. Watch it run one showing end to end.

One vacant unit, start to signed.

Three things have to happen before a stranger can walk into an empty apartment on a Tuesday night. Remo does all three, and keeps the record of it.

Listed everywhere, in minutes

One unit goes out to Zillow, the major aggregators, your own site and an embeddable widget — through a single MITS feed.

Every inquiry, one thread

It does not matter where they started. Every lead comes back into the same place.

A stranger, verified, let in

Government ID and a selfie match before the door opens. One code goes to every lock on the unit, and it expires with the tour window.

Answers until the application is in

Remo handles pricing, pets, parking and move-in dates, and hands off to a human the moment the question needs one.

Approved, signed, occupied

The application waits on you. Once you approve it, the lease is signed and the unit that started this vacant is not vacant any more.

The same team, more doors.

Nobody drives to a showing. The loop that used to need a person at the unit now runs on its own, and leaves evidence behind.

No one drivesZero trips per tour
A self-guided tour costs you nothing in mileage or hours, so the leasing team stops being the thing that caps how many doors you can carry.
Any hourEvenings and weekends
An inquiry at 9pm is answered at 9pm and toured the same night, which is when renters actually look and when nobody is staffing the unit.
On the recordEvery code, logged
Who was verified, which locks took the code, and when it expired — handed to an owner, an insurer, or a court without reconstructing anything.

Nobody opens a door unverified

A self-guided tour is only safe if the person at the unit is known before the lock ever hears a code. This is the check every visitor passes, and the part of it we are careful never to keep.

  1. Government ID, read

The visitor photographs an ID. Our identity provider reads 14,000+ document types across 220+ countries, including the barcode and the machine-readable zone. A biometric passport is read over NFC — cryptographic proof from the chip that the document is genuine, not a picture of one.

  2. Selfie, matched and alive

A selfie is matched one-to-one against the photo on the document, with a passive liveness check that certifies a live person is holding it rather than a printout, a screen or a mask.

  3. Decided on our server, not in the browser

The result arrives as a signed webhook and is written server-side. Nothing in the visitor's browser can mark itself approved, so a tampered page fails the same way an unverified stranger does.

  4. Then, and only then, a code

A verified visitor gets a door code bound to that unit and that time window. It expires on its own. Who was verified, which locks took the code and when it stopped working is on the record for an owner, an insurer or a court.

Priced against your vacancy, not your door count

Vacancy is the thing costing you money, so that's the thing we charge against. Fill the unit and the bill goes down.

The things people ask before they say yes

What exactly does Remo handle without a human?

Answering inbound inquiries across text, email and web chat; answering questions about the unit; offering real tour times and booking them; sending reminders; issuing the access code once the visitor is verified; and following up after the tour. Anything outside its scope, such as a negotiation, a complaint or an edge case, is escalated to your team with the full thread attached.

How does a stranger get through the door safely?

They don't get a code until they've passed identity verification: a government ID scan plus a selfie match. The code that follows is bound to their tour window, works only on that unit's locks, and is removed when the window closes.

What happens if the lock is offline when the tour is booked?

The tour still works. Each unit keeps a set of pre-loaded daily fallback codes on its locks, so a visitor can be let in even when we can't reach the lock over the network at booking time. Once the lock is reachable again, the unit's codes are reconciled back to the correct set.

Do I have to buy your locks?

You buy supported smart locks once, and you own them. We support TTLock and Sifely hardware plus lockboxes today, with more connectors in progress. If you cancel, the locks keep working and stay yours.

Does it work with Zillow and the listing sites I already use?

Yes. We publish a standards-based listing feed the major aggregators consume, host public listing pages for your units, and give you an embeddable widget so the same inventory appears on your own website.

Will it work with my property management software?

We integrate with Rentvine and Showdigs today, and we're adding connectors based on what customers actually run. Tell us your stack on the demo call and we'll be straight with you about what's live versus planned.

Who can see the access history?

Your team, scoped to your organisation. Every code issued and every code entered at a lock is recorded with a timestamp, so you can reconstruct exactly who had access to a unit and when, for an owner, an insurer, or a dispute.

How long does it take to get running?

Install the locks, connect your listings, and set your tour rules. Most of the setup time is physical: the software side is a configuration session, not an implementation project.

Let the next vacancy rent itself

Twenty minutes on a call and you'll know whether this fits your portfolio. If it doesn't, we'll say so.
